I’m Florian, your local father, spouse, software-engineer, podcaster and geek supporting democracy, diversity and science in southern Germany.

What i do and who i am can be roughly divided in the roles and activities i participate in.

• I’m a father. First and foremost.
  “Having children means to see your own heart walking around.” I guess this pretty much sums it up. I cannot thank the world enough for having received the privilege of being a father. Thank you so much for everything you do and are, my little kids. You mean the world to me.
• I’m the spouse of a wonderful woman.
  Sometimes people get to experience the chance of meeting someone that turns them into a better person, a better human in general. Someone that enlightens their path and a person that mirrors your own shortcomings in a profound way. I am happy to have met someone like that. Thank you, from the deepest end of my heart and my soul.
• I’m a geek.
  Yeah, most likely you guessed that already by the time you visited this site. If you ever feel the urge to engage in a neverending discussion about Lorcana, Magic the Gathering, Apple Software and Hardware or videogames in general, feel free. But be warned: Sometimes, these dialogues can take some time. Haha. I really should think about a place to share all the information and excitement about these topics. Maybe i join a podcast.
• I’m a podcaster.
  Being able to participate in the ongoing Podcast series Audiodump has been a very touching experience from which i learned a lot. Not just about content creation, but also about communities, the hardships of “showing up” and how a podcast is way, way more, than just a “radio show that you can listen to whenever you like”. I’ve met some incredible persons during my time as a host of Audiodump and made great experiences throughout the entire time. “Boss, if you ever think about listening to Audiodump, it’s not my fault! It’s theirs.”

This site, much like most things i do, is dedicated to the three woman that enrich my life every single day. My daughters and my partner. Thank you so much for all the love, learnings and activities that i have been able to make with you and will continue to experience at your side.
